Acceptance and scope

By visiting the site or using store services, you agree to act in accordance with applicable law and these terms. Purchases are also subject to the Pre-Contract Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, Cancellation and Returns Policy, and the conditions shown during checkout. Product information and cosmetic use

Product images may appear differently depending on screen settings. The current ingredients list, directions for use, warnings and expiry information are provided on the product packaging. Site content is not medical diagnosis or treatment advice. If you have a known sensitivity, review the ingredients and consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where necessary.

Prices, promotions and orders

The applicable price, taxes, shipping charge, discounts and total amount are shown before payment. Where there is an obvious error, stock discrepancy, payment-verification issue or suspected misuse, an order may be reviewed in accordance with applicable law; if cancellation is required, the customer will be informed and any amount collected will be refunded within the statutory period.

Promotion duration, stock limits, usage limits and combination rules are stated in the relevant campaign terms.

Intellectual property rights

The Rasvenis name, logo, designs, text, photographs, videos, graphics, interface and other content belong to the relevant rights holders or are used under permission. Without written permission, they may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, republished or used commercially in a way that creates an association with the brand.

Prohibited uses

• Attempting to bypass site security, transmit malicious code or disrupt the service.
• Using automated tools to scrape data without permission, copy content or generate abnormal traffic.
• Placing fraudulent orders, abusing payment systems, posting misleading reviews or acting without authority on behalf of another person.
• Infringing personality, consumer, intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

Access may be restricted and appropriate legal remedies pursued in response to such use.

Third-party services and links

The site may include links to payment, shipping, social-media or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Rasvenis does not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party content outside its control; however, any seller obligations imposed by law remain unaffected.

Service availability, changes and governing law

The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Content and terms may be updated to reflect changes in law or operations. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules.
