Scope of this policy

This policy covers data-processing activities carried out through the Rasvenis website, online store, contact forms, customer-support channels and connected services. Third-party websites are governed by their own privacy practices.

What information do we collect?

When you place an order or create an account, we may receive your first and last name, contact details, delivery and billing information, and order details. When you use the site, technical information such as your IP address, device and browser information, session data, page interactions and security logs may be generated. Messages and attachments you share with support may be recorded in order to resolve your request.

Your full payment-card number and security code are processed by payment-service providers in a secure payment environment and are not stored in readable form by Rasvenis.

Service providers and sharing

To fulfil your order, information may be shared on a purpose-limited basis with providers of e-commerce infrastructure such as Shopify, payments, shipping, e-invoicing, accounting, hosting, security, customer communications and technical support. Where required by law, information may also be transferred to authorised authorities and, as necessary, advisers in connection with legal requests.

We do not sell your personal data. Suppliers are authorised to provide services only within the scope of applicable contracts, instructions and law.

Services located outside Türkiye

Some e-commerce infrastructure, cloud, communications or analytics services may be located outside Türkiye. Where an international transfer occurs, the transfer conditions and appropriate safeguards required by applicable personal-data law are applied. The data location and transfer role of each app enabled on the store should also be assessed before publication.

Retention, accuracy and security
