This agreement has been prepared for Rasvenis cosmetic products based on same-day preparation and handover to the carrier for orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays, preparation and handover on the next business day for orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays, an estimated delivery period of approximately 3 business days including preparation, free shipping for orders of TRY 700 and above, and a TRY 199 shipping charge for orders below TRY 700. Under the current rules reflected in this text, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a further 14-day period to return the product after notifying the seller of withdrawal.

Parties

Seller: the party whose registered business name and contact details are shown in the information card above.

Buyer / Consumer: the natural or legal person who purchases a product for non-commercial or non-professional purposes using the information provided when placing the order.

The buyer’s order-specific name, contact, delivery and billing details are set out in the order summary and electronic order confirmation.

Subject and contractual documents

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products selected by the buyer in the online store and the parties’ rights and obligations under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts and other applicable legislation.

The product page, Pre-Contract Information Form, order summary, payment screen, order confirmation and this agreement are read together. Order-specific product, quantity, price and delivery information is set out in the order summary.

Formation of the agreement

Before payment, the buyer is informed about the products’ key characteristics, total price, additional costs, delivery and withdrawal terms. It is clearly stated that the order creates an obligation to pay. The agreement is formed electronically when the buyer confirms receipt of the pre-contract information and completes payment.

The agreement and order information are provided to the buyer on a durable medium and retained for the period required by law.

Price and payment

The product price including all taxes, discounts, shipping charge and total amount payable are shown in the order summary. The buyer selects one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Security or verification rules of the payment-service provider may apply.

Unauthorised card use, payment cancellation or failure of the payment amount to reach the seller will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Delivery and the seller’s obligations

The seller delivers the order within the period committed to before payment and, for goods other than personalised products, in any event within thirty days. The product is delivered to the address and recipient specified by the buyer.

If performance becomes impossible, the seller informs the buyer within three days of becoming aware of the situation and refunds amounts collected, including delivery costs, within the statutory period. Lack of stock alone does not constitute impossibility of performance.

Right of withdrawal

For sales of goods not subject to an exception, the buyer may withdraw within fourteen days of delivery without giving a reason or paying a penalty. A withdrawal notice may also be given before delivery. The notice is sent to the seller using the email address, contact form or another durable medium specified in the agreement.

Unless the seller has offered to collect the goods, the buyer returns the product within the period prescribed by current law after giving notice of withdrawal. The carrier, costs and return method are specified in the order-specific Pre-Contract Information Form.

Effects of withdrawal and refund

The seller refunds payments collected, including delivery charges where required by law, within fourteen days from the date the product subject to withdrawal is handed to the carrier specified in the pre-contract information; if a different carrier is used, the period runs from the date the product reaches the seller. For withdrawal before delivery, the period begins when the notice reaches the seller.

The refund is made in one transaction, using a method compatible with the payment method used by the buyer and without imposing an additional charge. The pre-contract information concerning return-shipping costs and the exception for defective goods remain applicable.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the circumstances listed as exceptions under applicable law. For Rasvenis products, this may particularly include products whose packaging, tape, seal, pack or hygiene protection has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Exceptions are interpreted narrowly and applied according to the nature of the specific product. Statutory remedies for defective, incorrect or damaged products remain protected.

Defective goods and buyer obligations

The buyer should inspect the product reasonably on delivery and report issues without undue delay. In the case of defective goods, statutory remedies under Law No. 6502—including rescission of the contract, price reduction, repair free of charge or replacement with a conforming equivalent—may be exercised where the legal conditions are satisfied.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate order and address information, using the product in accordance with its directions and taking reasonable packaging precautions when returning it. These provisions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Personal data and electronic communications

Personal data is processed for formation and performance of the contract, payment, delivery, support, legal records and dispute management in accordance with the principles described in the KVKK Privacy Notice. Any consent required for marketing communications is obtained separately from the agreement, and the buyer may exercise the right to opt out at any time.

Force majeure and notice

If events outside the parties’ reasonable control occur—such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, decisions of public authorities, or widespread disruption to communications or transport infrastructure—the affected party informs the other party within a reasonable period. The effect on the agreement and any applicable termination or refund rights are determined in accordance with current law.

Evidence, disputes and entry into force

The parties’ electronic records, order and payment records, email correspondence and delivery documents are assessed under the applicable rules of evidence. Subject to current monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules, consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.

This agreement enters into force on the date the buyer confirms the pre-contract information and approves the order before payment. If any provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule applies and the remaining provisions continue in effect.
