<p>This notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform.</p>
Scope and data controller
<p>This notice applies to individuals who visit our website, create an account, place an order, use our contact channels or choose to receive campaign communications. For the purposes of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the data controller is the seller identified in the company-information card above.</p><p>If a processing activity changes, an additional and up-to-date notice will be provided before the relevant processing begins.</p>
Categories of personal data processed
<p>Depending on the transaction, we may process these categories of personal data:</p><ul><li><strong>Identity:</strong> name, surname and information required for invoicing.</li><li><strong>Contact:</strong> email, phone, delivery and billing addresses.</li><li><strong>Customer transactions:</strong> orders, cart activity, delivery, returns, requests and complaints.</li><li><strong>Financial:</strong> payment status, transaction amount and refund data. Full card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by the store.</li><li><strong>Transaction security:</strong> IP, session, device, access and security records.</li><li><strong>Marketing:</strong> where legally permitted, communication preferences, campaign interactions and consent records.</li><li><strong>Legal transactions:</strong> disputes, official correspondence and legally required records.</li></ul>
Purposes of processing
<p>Personal data may be processed to receive and manage orders, process payments, deliver products, issue invoices, provide after-sales support, manage return and withdrawal requests, communicate with customers, protect information security, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.</p><p>Marketing, personalisation and non-essential cookie activities are carried out only where the required consent or another appropriate legal basis is available. Consent to commercial electronic communications is not a condition of purchase.</p>
Collection methods and legal grounds
<p>Data may be collected wholly or partly by automated means through forms on the site and payment screens, cookies and similar technologies, email, telephone, social media, and shipping and payment providers; where necessary, it may also be collected by non-automated means forming part of a data-recording system.</p><p>Depending on the activity, processing may rely on establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with the data controller’s legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, legitimate interests provided fundamental rights are not harmed, or explicit consent. Where processing relies on explicit consent, the information notice and consent process are handled separately.</p>
Recipients and purposes of transfer
<p>To the extent necessary and limited to the relevant purpose, data may be transferred to e-commerce infrastructure providers, payment institutions, banks, shipping and logistics companies, e-invoicing and accounting providers, customer-support and IT suppliers, legal advisers and authorised public authorities.</p><p>Where infrastructure or services require an international transfer, appropriate safeguards and transfer conditions are applied in accordance with the international-transfer provisions of KVKK.</p>
Retention and security
<p>Data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for any limitation or retention period prescribed by applicable law; once that period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Orders, invoices, commercial records, marketing-consent records and dispute data are each subject to their applicable statutory periods.</p><p>Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied, including access restrictions, access controls, logging, secure connections, supplier assessment and regular system updates. No method of transmission over the internet can provide absolute security.</p>
Your rights under KVKK and how to apply
<p>Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the recipients of transferred data; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met and notification to recipients; object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.</p><p>An application should include your name and surname; signature for written applications; Turkish ID number or passport/identity number for foreign nationals; service address; available email and phone details; and the subject of your request. Applications may be submitted to the addresses above, by KEP, or from an email address registered in our systems. Requests are handled within the statutory period and, in principle, no later than thirty days.</p>
Changes to this notice
<p>This notice may be updated if processing purposes, infrastructure, recipient groups or applicable law change. The current version takes effect on the date it is published, and material changes may also be communicated through appropriate channels.</p>
